2. Service

Subtai translates existing captions in YouTube and supported Skool lesson players, provides subtitle settings and usage information, and synchronizes translated viewing history to your account. It does not provide access to restricted content or guarantee captions for unsupported videos. AI translations can contain errors; check important information against the source.

3. Account and Allowance

Protect your account and use only content you are entitled to access and process. One translated video/device may be active at a time per account. Counted usage is real elapsed viewing time when translation is ready and playback conditions are eligible. Pauses, advertisements, buffering and translation preparation are not counted. Repeated translated viewing consumes allowance again, even with cached translations. Visibility, connection and playback conditions affect counting; video position is not equivalent to charged viewing time. Usage updates can be delayed briefly.

4. Private Beta and Payment

Paid subscriptions, recurring charges and checkout are not currently active. Installing the extension or opening a free-beta account is not a paid purchase, and a trial does not automatically become paid. Unfinalized prices are not a sales offer. Before a paid purchase, the final price, applicable taxes, allowance, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be presented separately. Uninstalling the extension will not substitute for cancelling a future paid subscription.

5. Content and Acceptable Use

Translations and transcript downloads do not grant copyright or redistribution rights. Unlawful use, abuse, circumventing access/quota controls and unauthorized account access are prohibited. Necessary restrictions must be proportionate and respect mandatory consumer rights.

6. Privacy and Closing an Account

See Privacy and Your Data. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete your server account. You can delete your free-beta account from the account page after fresh Google verification and separate final confirmation. Use our contact details for other account closure and data requests; identity checks and applicable retention obligations apply.

7. Changes and Mandatory Rights

Third-party player changes and outages can affect availability. Material changes affecting existing rights will be communicated appropriately. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies. Competent dispute-resolution bodies and courts remain available under applicable law.
