Getting Started

If you have access to the Subtai private beta, sign in with your Google account in the extension.
Open a YouTube video or supported Skool lesson with existing source captions.
Choose a target language and enable translation. Prepared translations appear over the player.

The mobile website lets you view your account, usage and history; it does not mean the desktop Chrome extension works in a mobile browser.

If Translated Captions Do Not Appear

Check that the video has source captions, the extension's Status panel, your target language, internet connection and remaining allowance. Refresh an open video page after updating the extension. The player's own captions and Subtai translations are separate layers; also check the bilingual and hide-original settings.

Viewing Time and History

Video playback position is not counted translated viewing time. Preparation, buffering, ads and pauses do not count; repeated translated viewing does. Use the same Google account in the extension and on the website. History sync needs a connection and can lag briefly. Deleting history does not restore spent allowance.

Request Support

Tell us the extension and Chrome versions, whether the issue concerns YouTube or Skool, its approximate time and how to reproduce it. If needed, attach a screenshot with personal details hidden. Do not send a password, verification code, session token, API key or card information. Share a private lesson link or its contents only if needed to resolve the issue.

Subscription and Data Requests

There are no paid subscriptions at present. You can close your free-beta account directly by following Delete Your Account. For other account or data requests, email support@subtai.com. Uninstalling the extension or signing out does not delete your server account.
